The third is to strengthen the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings. By the end of 2022, prefabricated buildings will account for more than 20% of new urban buildings in the province, and by the end of 2025, prefabricated buildings will account for 30% of new urban buildings.
Fourth, actively promote the application of phosphogypsum building materials. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the construction industry has accumulated more than 10 million tons of phosphogypsum waste residue.
The fifth is to promote the application of renewable energy technologies. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the application area of new renewable energy buildings will reach 4 million square meters, and by 2025, the renewable energy replacement rate of urban buildings will reach 8%.
The Plan has eight key tasks:
